in the space of absence (january 2009 coming)
for upcoming show, in the space of absence, at lawndale art center (mid january 2009) 6' x 9' x 6'. remnant tire tube liners. not quite finished. shot with cell phone camera-not bad.
AND the grunge from a day with tires looks a little like this
...so cap the fleshy tongues with silver tips/ends, which will provide the "sting" of lust. If it were just a fleshy allure with no sting it wouldn't be one of the seven deadly sins. It would rank with masturbation and overdue library books.

Unrestrained lust has many silver tongues. Trust me on this one. You can create a low cost simulacra by using sheet metal.
yes. but the tire tube liners are so much more fleshy! silver tongue yes...but the fleshy allure is equally important in the diversion of lust.
