perhaps better.

there is a window found in time
its threshold in which one must pass
to embed within the structure
of a living breathing enclosed community

if for whatever reason
whether a soul puddling that leaves one limp
or a clash of big and smallness that levels one but not the other
the stalling of the leveled, the limp, before this temporal threshold
silenced and opaque the windowed portal will become
